What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a real-estate development or finance role where I can lead full-cycle projects, structure financing, apply advanced financial modeling and BIM tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow into senior development or finance leadership.

I am a real estate development and finance analyst with hands-on experience directing full-cycle projects from feasibility and acquisition through construction and stabilization. I build detailed proformas and structure financing, including CMHC-insured debt up to 92% LTC.

At Aristocrat Property Management I led cross-functional teams using BIM, Revit, ARGUS and Procore, secured zoning and municipal approvals, and negotiated a 20% reduction and deferral in Development Charges. I have also improved financial integrity through account reconciliations in QuickBooks and supported asset management analysis on portfolios totaling $2.5B AUM.
