What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance role where I can own budgeting, FP&A, capital planning, financial modeling, and decision support while contributing data-driven insights to management and business stakeholders.

I've owned end-to-end budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and capital investment appraisal across large-scale organizations, including budgeting for approximately 383 business units at Hyosung Heavy Industries.

At Frasers Property, I managed the full Capex lifecycle for development projects and built dashboards tracking occupancy, rental yields, operating costs, and asset-level KPIs. At Bitexco Corporation, I prepared Board-level investment proposals, monitored project financing and disbursements, and supported a refinancing involving SPV restructuring and an international lender consortium.

I'm currently completing an MSc in Data Science at the University of Alberta and bring hands-on SAP, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and R capabilities to financial modeling, management reporting, and strategic decision-making.
