I'm looking to deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, optimize business processes, contribute to team success, and support organizational growth.

I've worked as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant at Tech Mahendra, developing business solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

On the Expeditors Tradewin project, I analyze requirements, create business process flows and web resources, and support international trade and customs compliance solutions. I build custom workflows, manage integrations through Power Automate, and deploy solutions.

I resolve bugs and change requests across form customization, Ribbon Workbench, business rules, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate.

I enjoy translating client requirements into CRM solutions with clear dependencies and strategic development plans, while improving existing features and supporting team success.
