What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Scrum Master role where I can facilitate cross-functional Agile teams, strengthen backlog readiness and dependency management, and use Jira metrics to improve predictability, flow, and stakeholder visibility while coaching teams to sustainable delivery.

I’m a PSM-I certified Scrum Master with 3.9+ years driving Agile delivery for cross-functional engineering teams across enterprise technology and product programs.

I’ve improved sprint predictability from 65% to 85%, reduced cycle time by 20%, and sustained zero sprint spillover by enforcing backlog readiness (DoR/DoD), managing WIP limits, and proactively removing impediments.

I facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) and support scaled alignment with SAFe practices like PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt. I build Jira dashboards for velocity, burndown, CFD, and aging WIP to give teams and stakeholders real-time delivery visibility.

I partner closely with Product Owners on backlog strategy and release readiness, manage cross-team dependencies across UI/UX, backend, QA, platform, and cloud, and translate delivery progress into clear stakeholder status updates.
