I seek a collaborative, Agile team role in QA or test automation where I can apply Salesforce UAT expertise, grow automation skills, and contribute high-quality deliveries.

I am a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with over three years of hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications, specializing in UAT, functional and regression testing, and defect management. I have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Lightning, including profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.

I have worked extensively in Agile teams, collaborating with BAs, product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to refine user stories, estimate testing, and maintain test documentation. I have used tools such as Jira, qTest and Azure DevOps, and led a small team of testers during UAT cycles.

Currently on a career break for maternity, I am actively upskilling in Selenium WebDriver, Java and automation best practices while preparing for QA certifications. I bring proven ownership, consistent delivery, and recognition for 100% quality on critical projects.
