I've built and maintained backend services for Scienaptic AI's Business Management Tool and Image Search Tool, serving as the client's first point of contact on two legacy projects.
I strengthened endpoint security through Spring Security RBAC, created an email notification service with Spring Boot Mail, and built Image Search Tool backend services from scratch in Java 17 for deployment in a Databricks environment. I also managed backend REST APIs using a microservices design pattern.
I redesigned a MySQL database to resolve a problem that had persisted for three years and introduced cascading-filter pagination that reduced GET time from 100ms to 1ms.
Previously, as a Java Backend Developer Intern, I reduced average web-page load time from 100ms to 10ms through caching and refactored a 7,000+ line module to 1,500 lines using OOP concepts and design patterns.
