What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead international trade, procurement, logistics and PMI/PMO projects—strengthening customs compliance, KPI control and process standardization, while driving digital transformation using RPA and data analysis.

I’m an International Trade professional with over 18 years of experience leading foreign trade, customs management, procurement, logistics and project management operations. I bring a specialist focus on international sourcing, supplier negotiation, cost optimization, KPI control and process standardization.

I manage strategic import/export accounts end-to-end, including customs management before the DIAN (Colombian customs authority), free trade zone operations and INCOTERMS handling. I also execute projects under the PMI standard, aligning scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, risk and procurement to business objectives.

In my recent roles, I’ve led procurement through global sourcing strategies and tender/price negotiation, and I’ve directed outbound logistics while administering 3PL operations and inventory control. As a Project Management Director (PMO) and National Operations Director, I led multidisciplinary teams, managed stakeholders, developed contingency plans, and strengthened nationwide process audits and operational management models.

I’m comfortable blending operations leadership with digital transformation: I work with SAP (MM module), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and applied knowledge of generative AI and RPA. I also contribute as a University Lecturer, speaker and consultant in International Trade, Imports, Exports, Customs Regulations, Logistics, Transport and E-commerce.
