I'm seeking opportunities to further build my project delivery and operational capabilities, leading cross-functional initiatives, improving processes, managing resources and project health, and continuing my PMP certification journey.

At TEKsystems, I direct end-to-end delivery for Fortune 500 Energy and Utilities projects, supporting 85+ contingent resources through project execution, capacity forecasting, budget reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

I've progressed from account management and recruiting into delivery leadership, partnering with recruiting, sales, billing, and client teams to improve onboarding, manage risk, and keep projects on track. Earlier at Gartner, I managed client engagement, HR solutions, account plans, and proposals that supported revenue growth, retention, and new business.
