I currently work as a Teacher Assistant, cultivating a safe and encouraging learning environment where I provide one-on-one support and academic modifications based on IEPs. I support students with mobility, hygiene, and social-emotional needs, while collaborating with special educators, therapists, and parents. I also monitor and document behavioral and academic progress to help students succeed.

Earlier, I served as a Front of House Director, overseeing and leading a team of 30 Team Members and 5 Managers while managing store operations with Annual Gross Revenue of $9 Million. I drove a 5% increase in key KPIs across Attentive and Courteous Employees (ACE) and Order Accuracy through procedures, training initiatives, and coaching/mentorship programs, and I analyzed data to identify improvement areas. Before that, I worked as a Home Health Aide, following infection control and safety procedures and providing companionship and transportation to medical appointments, alongside light housekeeping and daily support.
