I am an innovative Research Officer with a solid background in data analysis, project coordination, and qualitative research. I lead studies, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses using tools like NVivo, STATA, Excel, Kobo Collect, ODK and Epidata, and translate findings into clear, practical insights that support decision-making.
I have designed a company-wide dashboard, introduced and trained teams on Power BI integration, and received "Most Hardworking Employee" awards in August and November 2024 for consistent, timely delivery.
