At Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, I coordinate academic operations supporting more than 500 medical students. I manage interconnected schedules, assignments, examinations, records, and communications across multiple stakeholders.
I review academic data and documentation for accuracy and completeness, and coordinate corrections when I find discrepancies. I also manage recurring administrative processes from planning through completion, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
I coordinate approximately eight examination cycles annually, handling logistics, communications, materials, schedules, and follow-up while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. I also assist with quarterly grade compilation and submission.
I prepare departmental letters of support for residency applicants, coordinating information from multiple sources and improving the process's efficiency and consistency. Earlier, I worked as a teacher and teaching assistant in Pennsylvania, South Korea, and England.
