What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring client-centered product thinking and artistic abilities to a collaborative local or hybrid team in Belgium, ideally designing enablement, learning and development materials or in customer- and client-facing work.

At Zego, a Global Payments company, I designed 20+ visual training assets and internal learning materials for Customer Success and Client Enablement teams. I also built and optimized in-app guides across Pay, ResEx, and Utility using Pendo to reduce friction and improve feature adoption.

I combine a Fine Arts foundation with data-driven UX principles to create engaging interfaces, contextual guidance, and onboarding experiences for B2B PropTech and FinTech products. I enjoy turning legacy materials into cohesive visual systems that support client retention and product workflows.

Beyond product design, I’ve led client-facing art classes and events, captured marketing photography, and supported gallery exhibitions. I’m looking to bring client-centered product thinking and artistic ability to a collaborative local or hybrid team in Belgium.
