What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver safe, patient-centered nursing, strengthen my clinical judgment, and work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, while continuing to grow through hands-on training and professional nursing standards.

I’m a compassionate, highly motivated Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge gained through clinical postings and practical training. I focus on providing safe, patient-centered care while maintaining professional nursing standards, even under pressure.

In my clinical experience, I conducted patient assessments and monitored vital signs, administered medications safely, and implemented infection prevention and control measures. I also responded to patient emergencies with basic life support when required, collected specimens for laboratory investigations, and assisted with patient screening activities like visual acuity testing.

Beyond the ward, I supported community health outreaches by delivering health education on malaria prevention, immunization, personal hygiene, and healthy lifestyle practices. I also contributed to crisis prevention and de-escalation, supported nursing care plans under a senior psychiatric nurse, and participated in household visits and environmental sanitation campaigns to improve health-seeking behaviors and reduce disease transmission.
