What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a nursing role where I can deliver compassionate, safety-focused care—patient assessment, medication administration, infection prevention, and BLS-ready emergency support—while contributing to teamwork, documentation, and patient education.

I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with clinical experience across medical-surgical nursing, psychiatric nursing, paediatric nursing, community health nursing, and specialist nursing care. I focus on patient assessment, medication administration, and infection prevention and control to support safe, reliable outcomes.

Through my student nurse clinical posting at Baptist Medical Centre and specialist postings at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Neuropsychiatric Hospital Aro, Abeokuta, and Isale Taba PHC, I developed strong skills in emergency nursing care, therapeutic communication, health education, and accurate clinical documentation. I am trained in Basic Life Support (BLS) and apply aseptic techniques for wound dressing and bandaging.

I also bring a research mindset from my cross-sectional study on awareness and attitude toward over-the-counter drugs among traders in Saki West Local Government Area, as well as hands-on care planning from a case study of severe malaria in a 4-year-old. I bring teamwork, calm judgment, and patient-centered education to every shift.
