Esther Uhunmwuagho

I’m a compassionate and safety-conscious Registered Nurse (RN) with comprehensive clinical training across emergency care, medical-surgical units, obstetrics, theatre services, outpatient care, and mental health facilities. I’m trained in delivering ethical, patient-centred care in high-pressure clinical environments, while staying focused on patient safety and accuracy.

Through supervised clinical rotations at Eku Baptist Government Hospital (2022–2025), I completed hands-on support across Accident and Emergency, Theatre, Obstetrics, Female Medical Ward, and Outpatient Department. I conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document nursing care accurately in patient records and observation charts. I also support wound care, medication assistance, and emergency response, while maintaining strict infection prevention and patient safety standards.

I’ve also built confidence across specialized settings, including pre- and post-surgery monitoring in A&E and Theatre, and ethical, confidential care in a mental health placement. I support therapeutic communication and patient observation, help with daily ward activities, and contribute to patient education and basic health promotion—always in close collaboration with nurses, doctors, and allied healthcare professionals.
