I’m looking for a role where I can lead technical 3D pipelines—creating photoreal environments, digital twins, and real-time assets—while partnering with international clients and mentoring teams to hit tight deadlines.

I’m a results-driven Technical 3D Artist and Lead Artist with 17+ years of experience delivering high-fidelity 3D environments, digital twins, architectural visualizations, and simulation assets for global clients across real estate, infrastructure, and simulation industries.

At Beyondview, I lead the creation of photorealistic 360° panoramas, architectural renders, and walkthrough visualizations for clients including WeWork, Healthpeak, and AMLI. I develop optimized real-time visualization assets and rendering workflows using Blender, Unity, and Substance Painter, and I design PBR-based material and lighting pipelines to ensure consistent photoreal output across multiple delivery platforms.

From my Lead Artist/Project Coordinator work at Geosimcities, I’ve managed end-to-end 3D production pipelines for large digital twin programs like Hong Kong Airport, Vancouver City, and Los Angeles City. I lead multidisciplinary teams, plan resources and asset standards, supervise and mentor artists, and coordinate directly with international clients and stakeholders to align technical requirements, milestones, and visual quality.

Across my roles, I’ve focused on asset optimization and simulation readiness—optimizing mesh structures and textures for real-time performance, supporting integrations into simulation pipelines, and maintaining consistency across multiple datasets. I’m at my best when I can combine strong 3D craft (modeling, texturing, rendering) with practical pipeline leadership, clear communication, and delivery discipline.
