What I'm looking for
I am a remote customer support and operations professional with extensive client-facing experience across email and chat and a strong background maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating follow-ups. I excel at calm issue triage, reliable execution within structured workflows, and creating simple SOPs that improve consistency and turnaround time.
Across founder and agency roles, I supported clients end-to-end, managed calendars and scheduling, reduced missed appointments through clear reminders, and maintained clean contact records and pipelines in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Salesforce. I have built repeatable templates and checklists to reduce rework and streamline routine support tasks.
I bring familiarity with support/ticketing concepts (Freshdesk, Zendesk fundamentals), strong written communication, and disciplined remote work practices. I am seeking part-time remote work (up to 24 hrs/week) with an hourly base pay and remain open to phone support as needed.
