At Translayte, I supported the operational use of Cipher, an AI-assisted translation workflow, by coordinating vendor guidance and monitoring usage and performance data. I also coordinated user acceptance testing, documented issues, and reviewed whether software updates met operational and user requirements.
At Elham Events, I introduced a website feature for collecting pre-event information to improve planning efficiency and the client experience. My work also includes creating process documentation, reviewing vendor performance, and handling records with care for accuracy and compliance.
