At Handshake AI, I evaluate and refine large language model outputs for accuracy, conciseness, tone, factual correctness, and instruction adherence. I also perform multimodal data labeling, text classification, and sentiment tagging to strengthen machine-learning training datasets.

I identify edge cases, hallucinations, and formatting errors in generated content, providing detailed corrective feedback while working within quality-control benchmarks and high-volume task queues.

Through Pathfinder Initiative, I helped plan youth empowerment programmes, co-managed digital publicity, and coordinated event logistics, venue setup, and guest speaker management with a cross-functional team. I maintained participant feedback and outreach records to support improved project execution.

I hold a Second Class Upper B.Sc. in Business Administration and bring an interest in AI, business research, and organizational productivity. My academic research examined how job satisfaction, motivation, and workplace environment influence employee performance.
