I’m a systems-first generalist with 3 years of experience building AI-driven automation, outreach systems, and CRM pipelines for clients across industries. I bring a structured, analytical approach from aeronautical engineering, and I use that mindset to solve problems that keep showing up in manual workflows.

In freelance work, I built automation pipelines using the Claude API and no-code tools like Make.com, GoHighLevel, and Airtable. I designed processes for reporting, task delegation, and repetitive steps—so teams can reduce manual overhead while keeping operations consistent across active accounts.

I also designed and maintained CRM pipelines to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal progression, then supported outreach across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram. I refine messaging through iteration, and I developed standard operating procedures and follow-up sequences to keep outreach and operations steady at scale.

Alongside client delivery, I’ve founded and operated Alsaint Media Promotions and Alsaint Autos—owning end-to-end lifecycle work, from outreach through onboarding and reporting/retention systems. I’m comfortable moving fast in early-stage environments, learn quickly, take ownership without needing a defined role, and stick with problems until they’re solved.
