I have 5.5+ years of experience in warehouse/stores inventory management and material control within the EMS and aerospace/defense industries. I’m currently a Senior Executive - Stores at Pinaka Aerospace Pvt Ltd (ZETWERK) in Bangalore, previously working as an Associate Executive - Stores at Goodrich Aerospace (Collins Aerospace) and as a Stores Officer at Dixon Technologies Pvt Ltd.

I focus on inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and end-to-end material operations—from inbound to issuing—so production requirements are met reliably. In my current role, I achieved 98% compliance in quarterly management audits, implemented ZINTO and ZPS ERP inventory systems with data validation and UAT support, and delivered 99% inventory accuracy during 2 consecutive years of EY audit for ₹50 Cr inventory. I also implemented the WAVE system for item traceability (99% success rate), improved kitting and item issuing efficiency, and maintained 99.9%+ inventory accuracy during physical inventory activities, managing inventory capacity of more than 50 Crore with a team of 9 members using SAP MM.

Across previous organizations, I delivered measurable improvements using WAVE and ABC Analysis (including 93% inventory achievement at Goodrich and 98.9% at Dixon), and I strengthened warehouse operations through 5S, FIFO, Kaizen, and process documentation. I’ve led workflow optimization and team capability building, ensured vendor and reporting reconciliations, supported customs clearance coordination, and handled critical activities like GRN/DC/RGP/NRGP, scrap and jobworks coordination with finance, plus shelf-life data and separate storage for chemical/hazard parts.
