At Lake Energies, I support end-to-end order processing and local distribution by coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock availability, and maintaining accurate SAP-based inventory records. I've improved delivery reliability through structured scheduling and real-time coordination.

My work spans sales and purchase orders, delivery notes, goods receipts, stock reconciliation, monthly inventory reporting, and audit-ready documentation. I work closely with drivers, transport partners, warehouses, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve delays and keep fulfillment on track.

Previously at Buhler, I managed inbound and outbound order processing in a manufacturing environment, including PVOC, IDF, HS codes, inspection certifications, quotations, invoices, and shipment records. I coordinated with freight forwarders, Bureau Veritas, and KRA to achieve full documentation compliance without shipment delays or audit exceptions.

My experience also includes payments processing, reconciliation, client support, and performance reporting at Equity Bank. I bring calm, accurate coordination across logistics, inventory, customer service, and compliance workflows.
