I’m a Backend engineer with 14+ months of production experience building REST APIs, AI pipelines, distributed systems, and enterprise voice automation. I’ve shipped 12+ production endpoints and a real-time Workday HR voice bot, focused on results, reliability, and end-to-end ownership.

At Artificizen, I architected scalable REST APIs using FastAPI and Django REST Framework—delivering 12+ production endpoints with Pydantic validation, JWT authentication, role-based access control, rate limiting, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, including zero unplanned downtime in production. I also engineered a production voice automation system using Retell AI + GPT-4o, where employees call naturally and Workday HR records update live via SOAP/XML—fully autonomous, with no HR agent required. I designed caller verification, field-level validation, audit logging, and rollback on failed writes so automation stays safe and trustworthy.

I built 3 AI automation pipelines integrating OpenAI GPT-4o for task classification, intent routing, and structured data extraction—eliminating manual processing across multiple client workflows. I also created LangChain-based RAG pipelines with vector database support (Pinecone/Chroma) for semantic search and context-aware AI responses used in production automation features. Under the hood, I rely on async processing (Celery) and event streaming (Apache Kafka) to keep systems responsive as workloads grow.

I containerize and deploy microservices using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), maintain solid data modeling with PostgreSQL (schemas, indexing, ORM query optimization), and protect quality with pytest unit testing and integration testing across production endpoints. I enjoy agile workflows, API-first design, and CI/CD via Git-based peer review and iterative delivery cycles.
