What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role in hospitality or food service where I can manage operations, develop teams, improve standards and apply IT skills to improve efficiency.

I am an experienced restaurant manager and chef with a solid background in IT and technical consultancy. I combine culinary expertise—especially in pizza, grills and fast food—with operational management and staff development.

I have worked in Mauritius and Nigeria in supervisory and managerial roles, improving service standards, increasing revenue and reducing staff turnover. I have hands-on kitchen experience as a pizza chef, griller and general cook across multiple establishments.

Alongside hospitality, I have extensive technical experience as an IT consultant, laptop specialist and PC/network technician, and I am proficient with MS Word and MS Excel. I leverage computer and engineering skills to streamline operations and resolve technical challenges.

I am motivated to develop teams, raise service standards and continue growing in roles that combine leadership in food service with operational and technical problem-solving.
