At WeGuide, I owned the core Rails backend for a digital health and clinical research platform serving thousands of healthcare users. I integrated Stripe subscriptions, webhook handling, usage tracking, and plan enforcement from scratch, and I cut application latency by 40%+ by rewriting PostgreSQL queries, adding targeted Redis caching, and restructuring Sidekiq queues.

Earlier, at FliClicks, I led architecture, scope, and timelines across multiple concurrent Rails projects for US and EU clients while staying hands-on in the codebase. I modernized legacy Rails monoliths by fixing ActiveRecord-heavy query issues, introducing Sidekiq background processing, resolving N+1 problems, and building HIPAA-compliant healthcare analytics with AWS Cognito SSO integrations.
