At Usetiful, I perform exploratory and regression testing across the product, including cross-browser and cross-device coverage with BrowserStack. I also test REST APIs with Postman, validating request and response flows and edge cases before releases.
I built and own the end-to-end automation suite in Cypress and Playwright, covering the core product surface for a 12-person engineering team and cutting manual regression effort to a small fraction of what it used to take. I shape risk-based test coverage and maintain the test plans and documentation the team uses as a single source of truth.
I work directly with developers and product to identify and resolve defects, and I troubleshoot client-reported issues with customers as a technical bridge to engineering. I’ve also used Gemini and Claude to speed up test case creation and automation script debugging.
