What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-care role where I can use my vital-sign, EKG, and phlebotomy skills, collaborate closely with nurses, and keep patients comfortable through clear communication and safety-first, detail-driven support.

I’m a reliable and compassionate newly certified Patient Care Technician, supported by my Patient Care Technician classes at Tarrant County College and hands-on clinical experience at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center. I’m proficient in vital sign monitoring, phlebotomy, and performing electrocardiograms, and I’m eager to deliver high-quality support to patients and nursing staff.

In my clinical role, I monitor and record vital signs, assist with daily patient activities, and perform basic diagnostic procedures including Electrocardiograms (EKGs) and blood glucose monitoring. I also support patient comfort and safety through basic wound and equipment care, while observing changes and logging clinical data into the electronic health record system.

Before healthcare, I built a strong leadership foundation as a Stockroom Area Supervisor at Ross Dress for Less, where I supervised daily operations, trained new employees, and created staff schedules. I bring that same calm, organized approach to healthcare—focused on teamwork, time management, clear communication, and high standards of professionalism.
