What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my Azure data engineering and regional delivery experience into a team leadership role, building reliable, scalable data platforms while guiding engineering practices, production operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

At The HEINEKEN Company, I own and support regional OpCo data products across APAC, keeping ingestion reliable, complete, fresh, and ready for local users and downstream regional and global products. I build and maintain Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and ADLS Gen2 pipelines, lead incident resolution, and translate stakeholder requirements into validated production changes.

Previously at FPT Software, I delivered ETL solutions for LLM-powered question-answering, insurance data migration, and enterprise cloud projects, reducing AI data-processing time by about 30%. I also improved PL/SQL execution by about 25%, improved reporting performance by about 35% at ILA Vietnam, and bring experience across data quality, governance, lakehouse delivery, Power BI, machine learning, and backend APIs.
