What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data or marketing analytics role where I can turn customer, campaign, and sales data into practical recommendations, build dashboards and predictive models, and grow through hands-on collaboration in a fast-paced team.

I've built end-to-end e-commerce and marketing analytics projects using SQL, Python, Tableau, PostgreSQL, and machine learning. Across 500,000+ retail transactions, I identified that 26% of customers generated approximately 80% of revenue and created RFM and K-Means segments to improve retention and marketing efficiency.

In my digital marketing work across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Meta Ads, I develop campaigns, optimize social content, monitor audience and market trends, and analyze performance for improvement. I also bring administration experience from PT. Bethsaida Hospital International, where I supported patient services, billing, payments, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
