I am a Quality Assurance and Customer Operations professional with over five years' experience across quality control, auditing, and high-volume back-office customer service. I deliver accurate, customer-centric resolutions while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards.

In my current role I manage back-office operations for SquareTrade (Allstate) protection plans, coordinating repairs and replacements with major retail partners and vendors to improve turnaround and satisfaction. I have specific experience handling claims for major appliance brands and managing parts procurement and repair scheduling end-to-end.

Previously, I contributed to the development and implementation of a Quality Management System and monitored KPIs and audit metrics to drive compliance and efficiency. As a quality control trainee and internal-audit intern earlier in my career, I inspected product batches, maintained inventory accuracy, and supported audits that identified control gaps and operational improvements.

I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor certification. I am committed to continuous process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable quality outcomes.
