What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Team Lead focused on delivering consistently high customer satisfaction. I step in to resolve complex or sensitive issues, monitor customer feedback and complaints, and protect service quality standards.
At OMD Logistics LTD, I lead, motivate, and support a team of customer service agents while setting daily/weekly targets and monitoring performance. I create work schedules, manage shift coverage, and handle escalations that agents can’t resolve on their own.
I also drive performance through KPI tracking—response time, resolution time, CSAT, and first-contact resolution—then review calls, chats, and emails for quality assurance. From there, I prepare performance reports for management and identify trends and improvement areas.
Before this, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and handled inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases when needed. Earlier roles strengthened my customer interaction, issue resolution, and transaction discipline through cashier/customer service work, including cash/digital payments, ticket processing, accurate payouts, and detecting suspicious transactions.
