At MathWorks, I build distributed, service-oriented C++ infrastructure that powers MATLAB. I designed and owned an annotation-driven CppMicroservices system adopted by 15+ product teams, removing more than 100 lines of boilerplate per component.
I built an AI-assisted code transformation platform that migrated boost::any to std::any across 1 million lines of code, 336 components, and 2,600 files with zero regressions. The platform combines rule-based analysis and AI-guided refactoring with rollback safety and scalable workflows.
I also own third-party library integrations and upgrades for expat, OpenSSL, and LLVM, supporting 15–20 downstream teams including Simulink and MATLAB code generation. I manage the central Perforce integration branch for controlled LLVM rollouts and upgraded LLVM to unlock newer compiler features.
Previously, as a MathWorks intern, I contributed to MATLAB code generation for WCET analysis in Simulink workflows and delivered customer-impacting production fixes. I enjoy building reliable developer platforms, compiler tooling, and distributed systems that reduce engineering effort at scale.
