I am a transaction processing professional with nearly four years of BPO experience supporting invoice processing, order-to-cash, and payment operations for global clients. I consistently handled high-volume workflows across multiple accounts and countries while meeting quality and timeliness targets.

At Accenture, I processed 50–60 corporate invoices daily, validated accounts from different countries, managed PO and NON-PO exceptions, and supported urgent processing and escalations. I also helped train new processors and produced routine and audit reports.

In subsequent roles I expanded into order-to-cash and payments, handling validations, withholding tax checks, proforma creation, refund packet preparation, and payment processing for the UK, Guernsey, Ireland, and Jersey. I am comfortable with bulk and urgent requests and systems updates.
