As a passionate audio and lighting apprentice, I have honed my skills in recording, mixing, and bouncing music files, ensuring that every performance shines through with clarity and creativity. My experience at Brevard Music Center allowed me to set up and arrange lighting and audio equipment for various performances, including operas and orchestras, showcasing my adaptability and technical proficiency.

In my current role as a Customer Service Lead, I manage accounting for all sales and computer communications, while also providing exceptional customer service. I thrive on finding solutions to customer concerns and leading my team to fulfill our duties effectively. My previous experiences, including roles in retail and education, have equipped me with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
