What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Social Media Assistant role where I can support operations, customer communication, documentation, reporting, and digital content.

I've supported Group Bin Ali & Property Development from 2019 to 2024 by creating branding, packaging, catalogs, menus, and promotional materials for property, SME, and retail needs.

At PT. Desa Air Khatulistiwa Indonesia, I communicate with customers, negotiate pricing, follow up on quotations, and build relationships that support transactions and partnerships.

I also lead and monitor B3 waste-management operations, coordinate transportation and administrative work, delegate tasks, and prepare Waste Manifests, Waybills, Minutes of Meeting, and supporting documents.

My experience includes operational reporting, audit documentation, permit and contract monitoring, digital marketing support, and visual design using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. I'm seeking a remote Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Social Media Assistant opportunity.
