At Wipro, I supported customer service operations across Health and Wellness, Taxation, and Security, including client engagement for Wells Fargo’s Annual Enrollment process. I consistently maintained a performance score of 4.26 and later achieved a 5 out of 5 yearly performance rating in 2024.

I coach representatives, handle escalated customer concerns, and create KPI reports covering average handling time, call volume, adherence, breaks, and satisfaction scores. I also implement approaches to reduce wait times and improve first-call resolution.

I trained approximately 100 new hires on Payroll and U.S. Taxation and delivered Health and Welfare training for an RTX new-hire batch. After progressing to B1 level, I supported the COE Security team as a Domain Lead/Acting Manager.

I’ve been recognized with the ILLUMINATE Award and BLAZE Award, and for receiving the highest number of appreciation calls in the Tax COE. I bring a disciplined, detail-focused approach to customer rapport, team performance, and continuous improvement.
