I'm looking to lead accounts receivable, collections, or recovery operations where I can strengthen processes, manage complex portfolios, develop teams, and partner across Finance, Legal, auditors, vendors, and senior leadership.

I've led accounts receivable, collections, and recovery operations across higher education and financial services for more than 30 years. At Howard University, I directed collection activity for a multi-million-dollar receivables portfolio, resolving escalated issues and improving workflows using Banner and Workday Student.

Previously, I managed a $3.5 million portfolio at the University of Miami and directed a $27 million Perkins Loan liquidation with the U.S. Department of Education. I bring bilingual English/Spanish communication, team leadership, agency coordination, reconciliation, compliance, and practical experience resolving delinquent accounts.
