What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve QA practices, collaborate across development and product teams, and deliver reliable software through strong testing, clear documentation, and continuous improvement.

I've spent over 12 years improving software quality across ecommerce and banking, reviewing features and assessing functionality to uncover common and complex problems.

At ShipBob, I develop and execute test plans for web applications, mobile apps, and APIs, lead regression testing for major releases, and partner with development, product, and customer support teams to resolve defects.
