I've supported Taylor College's Chemistry Department as a lab technician, reorganizing equipment and materials to meet experiment deadlines and helping enforce laboratory safety controls.
My biology research contributed to the publication “Spliceosomal introns in Trichomonas vaginalis revisited” in Parasites & Vectors. I also earned an A in my honours thesis and an A- in genetic biology.
I'm completing a Master of Science in Biology at the University of Auckland and am motivated by laboratory work that contributes to human knowledge. I also enjoy teaching and helping new students catch up with modern knowledge.
