I’m a full-stack developer with a strong epidemiology and medical statistics foundation, and I bring domain fluency to health data work. My focus is building end-to-end analytics experiences that are accurate, test-covered, and deployable.

In two weeks from a standing start, I built and deployed an epidemiological analysis platform that serves 2,000+ WHO health indicators across 194 countries. I learned React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and scientific Python while implementing core features like five statistical analysis modules, JWT authentication, and PDF export.

My current flagship project, EpiLens, pairs a FastAPI backend with a React 19 frontend. I implemented statistical engines using NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn (including OLS trend regression, Pearson/Spearman correlation, rolling-window anomaly detection, K-Means clustering, and burden-of-disease scoring).

I also integrate the WHO GHO OData API with a 24-hour in-memory cache and deliver responsive, interactive visualizations (D3.js map + Recharts charts). I ship with solid engineering habits—SQLAlchemy ORM, Alembic migrations, ownership-enforced CRUD, and 23 automated pytest tests—then deploy across Vercel, Render, and Supabase.
