I’m looking for a remote medical or interpreter role where I can use my bilingual skills, patient triage experience, and EHR documentation strengths to support patients and providers with accuracy and empathy.

I’m a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant with 10+ years of healthcare experience, focused on patient triage, medical documentation, and clear communication.

In my current role as a CNA / Triage Nurse at Palms Medical Group, I perform patient triage and work-ups, assess patient complaints, document in Epic and NextGen, and support providers while managing patient flow—especially for Spanish-speaking patients.

Previously, I served as a Medical Assistant at Heart of Florida Health Center, handling patient intake, vitals, triage, EHR documentation, procedure assistance, and patient education, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
