I’m a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance reporting, project finance, and strategic financial planning. I’m known for improving financial processes and compliance while delivering audited reports ahead of deadlines.

In my current role as a Financial Manager, I spearhead the full finance reporting function, oversee group reporting for consolidated management and statutory results, and collaborate with auditors to complete year-end audits efficiently. I also facilitate project finance by liaising with lenders and the Facility Agent, while managing taxation responsibilities, Board packs, and financial planning and analysis. I’ve led budgeting processes and streamlined policies and procedures to improve effectiveness.

Previously, as Chief Financial Officer, I oversaw the full financial function, group financial reporting, working capital, asset registers, and monthly financial accounts—while leading an accounting team and ensuring BEE and taxation compliance. I’ve strengthened reporting through initiatives like redesigning and automating year-end consolidation processes using Excel and implementing the Cognos group reporting system, and I’ve supported major transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, delisting, and covenant calculations.
