I’m a driven accountant with experience spanning accounting, auditing, budgeting, and payroll, supported by advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and compliance with accounting regulations.

In my roles, I’ve consistently compiled, analyzed, and reported financial data—preparing financial statements and periodic reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements. I’ve also performed audits, resolved discrepancies, computed taxes, and maintained accurate financial records while supporting management decision-making through budgets and financial forecasts.

I bring strong customer-facing execution from my call centre experience: I answer or make calls to clients, actively listen, clarify information, and diffuse angry clients while ensuring callers feel supported and valued. I manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, follow communication scripts, and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while building lasting relationships.

Across both functions, I work with integrity and ownership—adhering to company policies, keeping records in databases in a comprehensible way, and staying informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting. I’m currently focused on growing my accounting impact and delivering dependable results for teams and organizations.
