I’m seeking remote Medical Virtual Assistant or Healthcare Support work where I can use my EMR documentation, triage, and patient communication skills to coordinate appointments, support patients via phone/chat, and ensure accurate healthcare records.

I’m a Registered Nurse with 3+ years of experience across acute medical, surgical, paediatric, outpatient, emergency, maternal, neonatal, and community healthcare settings. I bring a calm, patient-centered approach to fast-moving situations and want to apply that same care to remote Medical Virtual Assistant and Healthcare Support roles.

Across my roles, I’ve strengthened my ability in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), clinical documentation, patient vitals documentation, and healthcare coordination. I’m skilled in patient communication and follow-up, triaging and patient assessment, and providing clear patient education on medication management, treatment plans, and discharge support.
