I’m looking for a leadership role where I can scale R&D teams, own strategy-to-execution, and deliver carrier acceptance and 3GPP conformance testing—partnering globally with product and stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

I’m a Global Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience, including 19 years driving technical innovation in wireless telecom and 1.5 years in the automotive domain. I blend technical architecture mastery with business strategy to build teams and deliver high-impact execution across US, European, and Asian markets.

Most recently, I founded Viae Ad Scientia Solutions to mentor and enable telecom and automotive teams with testing architecture, technical documentation, and strategic management. I take end-to-end ownership of P&L, budgeting, compliance, and talent deployment while delivering elite protocol testing and documentation programs for Tier-1 partners and global OEMs.

Previously at Anritsu, I built and scaled a 25-member R&D team from scratch for 4G/5G Carrier Acceptance test suites, delivering 7,300+ test cases across multiple parallel projects with a <10% defect rate. I authored 135 complex test cases, resolved 200+ customer bugs, and helped shape requirement roadmaps for Network Slicing, RedCap, Echolocate, and E911 messaging—grounded in my deep expertise in 3GPP Conformance (RAN5), GCF/PTCRB, and multi-mode modem validation.
