At Ovio, I build and maintain Laravel systems for telecom operations, billing, customer service, and a call center used daily by 50+ operators. I also develop call-center features using Asterisk data, including call history, queues, transfers, and operational analytics.
I integrate telecom, billing, and payment providers at Ovio, handling ~30K requests per month. Persistent request state, retries, duplicate protection, and reconciliation help keep those workflows consistent.
At Web Foundation LLC, I built Laravel and Node.js services connecting a crypto trading and automation platform to 6+ exchanges, processing ~10K orders per day. I also built lead-generation and data-processing services that handled ~100K leads per month.
Across my work, I’ve built asynchronous processing, data pipelines, search, and reporting, and integrated OpenAI APIs into production workflows. I’ve also mentored junior developers, reviewed code, and worked through production issues.
