I am a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources professional with experience in recruitment, staffing, and administrative duties. With a strong background in HR coordination, I possess excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing me to achieve goals with minimal supervision.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter to source top talent, managing job postings and candidate flow through SmartRecruiters ATS, and conducting behavioral-based interviews. My experience as a Head of Recruitment and Staffing has also honed my skills in training junior recruiters and providing recruitment reports to team managers.

In addition to my HR experience, I hold an LLB degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and have a strong foundation in general arts from Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School. I am fluent in English and Twi, and I enjoy reading articles and watching football in my free time.
