What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to use my customer relationship management expertise to contribute to a dynamic organization as a Customer Relationship Associate.

At Pathway Immigration, I counseled students on MBBS and Nursing programs in Georgia and recommended universities aligned with their academic goals. I handled admissions, applications, documentation, visas, and work permits, while keeping students and parents updated.

At EZZAH Group, I planned digital marketing campaigns and used CRM tools to track customer interactions and support lead generation. I also monitored campaign performance with Google Analytics and prepared weekly reports for management.
