At SAP Labs - Cloud Application Services, I provide SAP ALM architectural leadership across concurrent customer engagements. I shape target-state architectures, phased adoption roadmaps, governance models and service-transition approaches around customer priorities and SAP Cloud ALM capabilities.
I guide SAP Cloud ALM adoption across implementation and operations, connecting planning, requirements, testing, change and deployment governance. My work also covers release traceability, operational readiness and integration with S/4HANA, BTP and adjacent enterprise tools.
Across customer engagements, I shape governed adoption of Joule and AI-assisted SAP Cloud ALM capabilities, including operational insights and event-driven automation. I account for data, authorization and human-oversight controls in those plans.
Previously, at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I architected SAP ALM strategies and transformations across ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP and hybrid landscapes. I shaped high-value RFP and pre-sales pursuits, trained 130+ SAP ALM professionals—including 60+ on Cloud ALM—and delivered ITIL programs to 2,500+ professionals.
