What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Basis, and ITSM engagements involving monitoring, ChaRM, solution configuration, and client-facing delivery.

At IBM, I configure and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 monitoring across DEV, QA, and PRD landscapes, including system, business process, interface, and alert management. I streamlined alerting across P1 and non-production landscapes, contributing to an approximately 45% reduction in alert volume since 2025.

I design ChaRM phase cycles and auto-import jobs for compliant transport movement, troubleshoot background jobs, configure CBTA for new landscapes, and support Solution Documentation migration. I also contribute to IBM Consultancy Advantage, helping build an AI assistant for SAP Solution Manager that supports faster resolution of repeated issues.

I'm SAP certified in Cloud ALM and SAP S/4HANA System Administration, with hands-on SAP Basis, ITSM, SPS upgrade, client support, and operational reporting experience.
